Yes. You will sign a Listing Contract that details the terms of your potential sale. I use Dotloop for all of my documents so you can sign electronically from your phone or computer. I will also provide you with a Sellers Residential Real Estate Sales Disclosure form to sign where you detail the condition and presence of various items in your home.
Yes. In a real estate transaction, the seller pays my commission and often will pay a buyer's agent commission as well in order to be exposed to the most buyers. We will discuss this in detail.
That depends on a myriad of factors, but accurate pricing, strong marketing and flexibility regarding showings all lead to quicker offers. On average, my sellers accept an offer on their home within 40 days of listing.
