Yes! I am a licensed real estate agent and a member of our local MLS. Therefore, I can show you any home listed in the MLS for sale. I am also a member of MIBOR because I work in Brown County as well as Monroe County.
When you are working with a REALTOR® as a buyer's agent, you will have an agreement in place to pay my commission. However, when we submit an offer, we will ask the seller to pay my commission. If they are unwilling and you still want to purchase the home, my commission will be due at closing.
Yes. As of July 1, 2024, these agreements are required to be in place before I show a home to buyers. This agreement formalizes our working relationship and outlines the services I will provide to you as your dedicated real estate agent. I will get to know you well so that I can best advise you throughout the buying process.
If I am not available another agent I connect you with may show you homes in my place. In fact, it is highly likely that will happen at some point in the buying process. I ask that you do not call listing agents for showings, as the buyer exclusive agency agreement is with my office and I should connect you with an agent in my office for showings. You may (and are encouraged) to attend open houses. Please let the agent hosting know you are working with me.
