Gibbs Gives is the philanthropic heart of Kristi’s real estate business. It is a program designed to turn every real estate success into a win for the Bloomington community. For every home Kristi sells, she donates $100 to a local nonprofit organization.
The most unique part of the program is that the client makes the final call. Instead of a standard corporate donation, Kristi provides her clients with a list of four carefully selected local nonprofits each year, allowing them to direct the $100 donation from their transaction to the cause that resonates with them most.
Tandem is a perinatal hub for families to connect, access resources, and thrive. We believe that no one should parent alone, so we build communities through our services and programs while offering essential resource support through our "Free Room" and the Hoosier Diaper Program.
Pets Alive Bloomington is one of the only low-cost, high-volume spay and neuter nonprofits in the area committed to keeping these vital services affordable and accessible to everyone. Serving not only Monroe County but many surrounding communities, Pets Alive has been a trusted and essential resource for over 18 years.
The Bloomington Community Orchard is an all-volunteer nonprofit (501c3), devoted to growing fruit trees and other perennial edible agriculture for the community to enjoy, while growing our orcharding skills through education and experience-sharing.
The Ivy Tech Bloomington Student Emergency Assistance Fund (referred to as SEAF), supports Bloomington students experiencing emergency situations. Most of these students are assisted through our campus program, called Ivy Cares.
Through Gibbs Gives Back, every closing helps support a Bloomington nonprofit selected by Kristi's clients.
