I’m an Indiana native, top producing REALTOR®,  mom, and Bloomington resident for the past 11 years.  With my extensive professional and personal network, I bring together buyers and sellers quickly, and am known for connecting my clients to top notch service providers.  I know buying or selling a home can be stressful and my goal is to make the process as hassle-free as possible. With my service provider connections, I can help coordinate needed updates or repairs for sellers before your home goes on the market to make sure you’re getting top dollar for your home.  And once a property goes under contract, I can oversee inspection repairs before closing to take as much work off your plate as possible.

My stress-free, cutting-edge listing process includes staging suggestions, custom listing plan, social media marketing, high-quality professional photos, floor plan drawings, and even drone footage, when applicable.  I know how to utilize the best marketing tools and technology thanks to a fabulous IT and marketing team at C21 Scheetz.  On average I sell properties for 98 percent of list price in 45 days. For buyers, my in-depth knowledge of both construction and real estate means I can often spot potential inspection problems before you put an offer in on a property, saving you time and money. In addition, I’m an expert at helping my clients find properties that will have strong resale value and wide buyer appeal so that you’re not only buying a home that will work for your needs now, but will also be a good long term investment.

When not working, you can find me enjoying time with my kids, out for a weekly date night with my husband, working out, or walking my sweet dog, Jessi. I am also passionate about giving back to my community. Under my Gibbs Gives program, I donate $100 from every closing to a local non-profit of my client’s choice.
