More About Me

I'm an Indiana native, top-producing REALTOR®, and Bloomington resident since 2008. I have a degree in economics from nearby DePauw University and obtained my real estate license in 2015. I bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to real estate, including previous roles in new construction sales, marketing, and design.

I’ve met a lot of local service providers over the years from my own home remodels to helping buyers and sellers connect with contractors. My extensive network benefits my clients, connecting them with the best service providers for a seamless experience. Something else that sets me apart is my responsiveness and commitment to clear communication. One-third of my transactions come from repeat clients, a testament to their satisfaction, and another third come from their referrals.

My stress-free listing process includes staging advice, social media marketing, high-quality photos and a customized strategy. I stay ahead of real estate trends to ensure your property stands out in the market. I love keeping up with the latest technology and ways to market listings. For buyers, my expertise in construction and years in real estate allow me to identify potential inspection issues and guide you toward properties with strong resale value. As a property owner myself, I understand the importance of a long-term investment. I also own a vacation home and a rental so I can expertly guide you in buying your first home and beyond.

When I’m not working, I cherish family time with my two kids who are growing up much too fast, weekly date nights with my husband, traveling, and staying active with our dog, Tilly. We also enjoy spending time as a family at our cabin in the woods in Nashville, IN.

I'm passionate about giving back to my community and it’s is a core value of my business. Through Gibbs Gives, I donate $100 from every closing to a local nonprofit chosen by my clients as well as $21 to the Century 21 Scheetz Foundation supporting individuals and families with emergency housing needs. I also sponsor a myriad of organizations each year including many of my kids activities.

When not working, you can find me enjoying time with my kids, out for a weekly date night with my husband, working out, or walking my sweet dog, Jessi.
